About Analytika

Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Engineering, together.

Analytika combines experience in designing and implementing technological solutions in complex institutional environments with the methodological rigor of academic research. We start with real problems, working closely with operations and integrating software engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, and domain expertise to turn fragmented data into genuinely usable solutions.

This experience is supported by an evidence-driven approach. Statistics, quantitative research, and knowledge engineering are applied with attention to data quality, traceable analysis, and explicit criteria supporting each conclusion. The goal is not merely to automate processes or produce answers, but to build reliable, auditable, and useful knowledge to support decisions.

The Atlas Platform brings this journey together in a single architecture. It combines experience in implementing large-scale systems with scientific rigor applied to analyzing and organizing information. Designed for complex organizational contexts, the platform turns this combination of expertise into practical capabilities: integrating data, structuring knowledge, applying artificial intelligence safely, and supporting decisions with explicit criteria, continuous monitoring, and human review.

Alex Duboc Garbellini

Holds a Law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a specialization in Public Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), with more than 30 years of experience in innovation, digital transformation, governance, and information technology. He led strategic institutional modernization projects in Brazil’s public prosecution service and judiciary, including the development of Projeto Cosmos, a foundational system for administrative management at the Ministério Público da União. He participated in national committees overseeing systems within the justice system, including PJe. His career combines executive leadership, technology solution design, governance of complex projects, and the application of innovative methods for organizational transformation.

CHIEF AI SCIENTIST

Lilian Vaz, MSc

With bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the School of Public Health at the University of São Paulo (USP), she is responsible for Analytika’s scientific direction and the quality of artificial intelligence in the Atlas Platform. She sets the methodological criteria guiding data use, model training, and evaluation, connecting quantitative research, statistical methods, and domain knowledge to organizational challenges.

Leading the scientific rigor of its solutions, she guides evidence validation, knowledge-base reliability, and continuous AI improvement so that analyses and recommendations support consistent, traceable, and well-founded decisions.

Property registration review elevated to maximum precision

Atlas RI applies Analytika’s Atlas Platform to property registration. It combines Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Engineering to organize information, audit documents and support registration review with evidence. We automate inconsistency detection, cross-checking against regulatory sources, risk analysis and the preparation of inputs, setting the stage for precise, fast and secure registration review.
