Privacy by design
Projects begin by defining purpose, necessity, permissions and retention periods.
Only necessary data
We process data that is appropriate and relevant to each stated purpose.
Control and traceability
We apply access controls, activity records and measures proportionate to risk.
Human in the loop
AI-supported decisions that affect rights or require accountability undergo human review.
Data we process
We may process information you submit through the contact form, including your name, email, organization, role, sector and message. We may also process technical data required to operate and secure the website, including access records.
Why we process it
We use this information to respond to requests, present our solutions, manage access, provide and protect services, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing may rely on consent, steps related to a contract, legitimate interests with appropriate safeguards, compliance with legal obligations or the exercise of legal rights.
Sharing and international transfers
Infrastructure, authentication, communication and support providers may access data only when needed to deliver their services and under data protection obligations. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or a competent authority. International transfers, when applicable, follow the mechanisms and safeguards required by the LGPD and ANPD regulations.
Retention and security
We keep data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes and applicable legal or contractual periods. It is then deleted or anonymized unless the LGPD permits retention. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks involved.
AI and human review
We follow the human-in-the-loop principle. Artificial intelligence supports analysis; decisions that affect rights or require accountability undergo human review. Its use is defined according to purpose and context, with access controls, records, verifiable criteria and risk assessment. Where applicable, you may also request information about the criteria used, as provided by the LGPD.
Your rights
You may request confirmation and access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion where applicable, portability subject to regulation, information about sharing, objection, withdrawal of consent and review of automated decisions. We may request information to confirm your identity and protect your data.
